1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkyQuotePro ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. License and Permitted Use

• Recreate, clone, or build a competing product based on the Platform's features, design, or functionality.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices displayed on the Platform.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party's use.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security or access-control measures of the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership

The Platform, including all content, features, functionality, source code, design, graphics, logos, text, and software, is the exclusive property of SkyQuotePro and its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by SkyQuotePro. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use of any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, including client information, invoice data, and business details ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Platform. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the right to submit it without infringing the rights of any third party.

6. Accounts and Billing

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. You may be offered a free trial period, after which you will be billed according to the plan you select. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with any changes taking effect at the start of your next billing cycle following notice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, restrictions on use, disclaimers, and limitation of liability will survive any termination.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any results or information obtained through the Platform will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyQuotePro and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which SkyQuotePro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
